At Feature, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
